Southern Highlands Dream Scapes
Privacy
This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. You can also contact us by phone or email without using the form.
What we receive
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, the service you select and your message. You may also choose to include your phone number and suburb. Our web host may record technical information such as your IP address and the time of a request in routine server logs.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to respond, discuss the job and prepare a quote if requested. The form sends your details through our email delivery provider, Resend, to the business inbox. The website itself does not keep a separate database of enquiries. We do not use enquiry details for marketing mailing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails may remain in the business mailbox and with the email delivery provider while needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work or record-keeping obligations. Hosting logs may be kept under the host's retention settings. Contact us if you want to ask about a particular enquiry or request deletion where possible.
